Located in the friendly community of Belmont Heights, Vero Pilates focuses on private and semi-private full service memberships. All sessions are by appointment only.

Vero Pilates is a wonderful Vero Pilates is a wonderful, welcoming boutique Pilates studio serving the SE Long Beach area. They were committed to keep classes going through the pandemic via ZOOM. Now that we are back in the studio it so invigorating. The instructors all show loving concern for their clients. I have to give a shout out to Sabine who has been more than wonderful. I love all the instructors and the studio manager is really on top of her game.
