Never Received My Purchase Never received my purchase. After multiple emails to them, Nest & Company said they would look into it with the shipping provider. That was a week ago and no one from the company has followed up. Had to file a claim with my credit card company to resolve. Disappointed and won’t be purchasing from again.

Great Experience from across the Country Incredibly fast shipping. My items arrived packaged so beautifully that it felt like a gift to open, with a personalized thank you note. Definitely a great experience all around.

I have visited thenestandco.com on… I have visited thenestandco.com on numerous occasions for perusal, althoug not for purchases. The range of items on offer seem quite appealing, and I have perdiodically been drawn to certain items, only to have them offeryd at a High pricce. The visuals were quite attracktive, but I found them quite too pricey for myself. It almosst seemed like a good service. The display of items and services seemed organised enough. Sum up, they seemed okay, but defintely not great.

Everyone is welcome there and there's something for everyone! Many thanks to Jenica and her staff for all they have done to support new parents since they opened and especially throughout the pandemic. It is such a relief to know that when I suggest a product to a parent, they can pick it up at the store or even have it delivered without waiting for shipping from a big-box retailer. I have seen over and over how The Nest's staff build relationships with their clients, making it simple and inviting to get the help and services they need. I would recommend The Nest and Company and their classes to anyone who is considering pregnancy, currently pregnant, or postpartum. Everyone is welcome there and there's something for everyone!

Very nice customer service and love the… Very nice customer service and love the fact someone real answers when you call. Unfortunately the downsides was pump was delivered later than expected (d/t. Manufacturer) but wasn’t notified until I reached out almost 2 weeks later. Not the pump I ordered, I guess the manufacturer doesn’t make the pump anymore they have advertised on their site (again wasn’t notified about it until I reached out). Specifically ordered from this site bc I thought they sold the pump I had been searching for. Paid 245$ for “upgraded” pump, when this pump is sold for 199$ any other place and locally. Extremely saddened and disappointed. Had a very tough labor so dealing w stuff like this is overwhelming and exhausting. Not happy at all with entire experience. I hope they accept returns.
