SC Platform Feedback I love the platform and it does plenty really well, however it needs to improve in several areas. 1: If a late scratching in a 8 horse field there are still 3 dividends paid by all bookies and totes EXEPCT SC, this need to change asap, 2: Upgrade software as for example i have had on 2 occasions a winning bet say it LOST because you actually put up the WRONG numbers (has happened twice and both time reported to customer service and corrected), 3: Bring back sports bet options, how about FULL CARD style Sports Tornys where you get 1000 credits to bet on selected events same as a racing torny, 4: If possible More night tornys, 5: Customer service is awesome and always prompt, 6: Where have the FREE Tornys/Comps Gone ????? 7: Havent seen a Bonus Deposit Match for ages??? Please bring back from time to time to reward your loyal customers, and lastly any chance we can add more RE LOAD Weapons to all tornys, reason is many put on there bets early and ODDS then change thus it would be good to have say 4 re loads per torny.
