GBGreat customer service, doesn’t seem to be rigged like other skill gaming apps There was a sporadic outage with the app and I had some issues during games that caused me to lose the games (app froze during game play and the game continued, but I wasn’t able to play/score points). I reported the issue on 6/07 and got my money refunded (on 6/08) for the affected games, plus some extra for the inconvenience! The customer service thus far has been great. Also, of all the gaming apps I’ve tried, WorldWinner seems to be the least rigged! I’ve been playing WorldWinner for about 6 months or so, and so far, my experience has been very positive.

GBNot Complaining just xplaining I have had more good experiences than bad with your company. Although recently I was a little disappointed because I was not able to play the premier games because of technical problems. A few times the games just cut off before I had time to complete them which was frustrating. The Yahtzee game is offered more than a lot of my favorite games such as dynamite and Bejeweled.

GBThe agent was helpful and courteous There was a delay in a response from my bank regarding a deposit which corresponded with a special matching my dollar amount. The delay resulted in me missing the special through no fault of my own, just over abundance of caution with my bank. I was credited with some extra bucks. Not what I would have with the special, but it was nice to have the person recognize my dilemma.

GBI have always enjoyed playing the… I have always enjoyed playing the games. I have been having loading problems with some games. It seems my older computer might not be compatible with game updates. My only complaint is I have some doubts about the top free play scores as I can't see how they are possible.
