Not Complaining just xplaining I have had more good experiences than bad with your company. Although recently I was a little disappointed because I was not able to play the premier games because of technical problems. A few times the games just cut off before I had time to complete them which was frustrating. The Yahtzee game is offered more than a lot of my favorite games such as dynamite and Bejeweled.

New games and prizes I was surprised by the novelties that have been added in recent months, such as new games as well as the possibility of winning interesting prizes through game money such as points to redeem. It is appreciated that in case of failure in loading the game, it is not lost but can be played again. If they were to add a new game, I would love for it to be some version of Minesweeper.

My only complaint is I have some doubts about the top free play scores as I can't see how they are possible.

The agent was helpful and courteous There was a delay in a response from my bank regarding a deposit which corresponded with a special matching my dollar amount. The delay resulted in me missing the special through no fault of my own, just over abundance of caution with my bank. I was credited with some extra bucks. Not what I would have with the special, but it was nice to have the person recognize my dilemma.
