Three days ago I finally hit big now there’s a problem with my gambling habits and now under investigation or review. Won 5200 withdrew 4500 and now they have a concern. Please. I’m waiting on their review as I was told it would be settled by Thursday let’s see how they handle this.

I made several wagers on the 2014… I made several wagers on the 2014 Kentucky derby. I hit the exacta, trifecta, superfecta and exact 5. I calculated that I won over 200k. I was excited to check into my total on my TVG account and nothing registered. I called and they said that I didn’t make the bets which is absolutely incorrect. I know for sure I made the bets. Has anyone ever had any issues with TVG not paying out a big payoff.
