To have a fair mediators to solve your complaints with fair resolution and honest feedback… i had a bad experience with one of the casinos I visited via caison guru, but they didn’t pay my funds and lost hope of solving my problem. This site honestly wants to help consumers. They were able to get a hold of casino (my attempts were failed/unresponsive/repeated paragraphs of info from them) and get the money moving to my account that had been sitting at some 3rd party for a while. They are really great at helping with any issue with casinos. Just make sure you have all documents screenshot/saved, as it makes it easier to establish a case.
