They have a number you can text for urgent issues and I've always gotten an immediate response. Payouts have a 1 day turnaround time and its in my PayPal or bitcoin wallet. I'm a big fan and only go elsewhere if it's for something matchbets doesn't offer.

When i signed up they told me i could get a bonus with a rollover of 7x , after doing the 7x they told me i had to rollover 20x not 7x, after rolling 20x i tried to withdraw my money and after 3 weeks i still have nothing, they asked for my ID, i sent them and no response after that.
