Fake sign up bonus and even worst customer service Signed up because of the $50 bonus installed several other games emailed customer service multiple times always got to run around and never received the bonus. And if and when I ever got a response from customer service it was always the same run around. If I could give them a negative five stars I would.

I absolutely love this platform because… I absolutely love this platform because the service is always outstanding; anytime I have an issue or question the agents are on top of it to make sure everything is either resolved or my question answered. The load/cashout time is super fast as well, and when I had an issue with my cashout request I was called immediately to get the issue resolved so I could get cashed out.
