Easy to use and convenient I used the app when going to horse race days instead of going to the bookies because I've lost bet dockets in the past and also the customer service for PP is great through the app.

Good genuine customer service Although my issue wasn't yet sorted the support staff have been very kind and patient, whereas I probably have not been. Very professional, thanks to Aryan, Joy, Sandeep and Charlotte for putting up with me. As it's not fully resolved I'll be back 😀
