Terrible support and scammers. It works, I was able to withdraw, however. Be very explicit with them that you do not want to use their express withdrawal. They make you withdraw using a online form and there was an express withdrawal checkbox. I de selected it and they still processed he 5%. Ended up paying €400 in withdrawals because the6 couldn’t be bothered to read their own form. Their customer support is basically a bunch of children with petty one line answer and no genuine support. A sham company really. Their mistake should mean I get my cash back but it’s not happening. Cowboys! Avoid!

They are very close to being scammers. They are very close to being scammers. Their website has a dropdown for a betfair account, however they created a fair999 account and refuse to fix the issue. Also, during our emails they never mentioned that they would take more than 10% of the deposit I made. Arrogants, rudes, scammers.
