However, I don't like how if you self-exclude because of addiction issues, they let you re-open you account within 24hrs if you chat to customer service. Other casinos are way stricter about responsible gambling, and won't let addicted players access their accounts until the exclusion/cool off time has ended completely. What's the point of offering one month cool of times if the addicted player can just say to customer service "I want to use my account again, I don't need to to cool off any longer", and then they have almost instant access to the account again. Also, I've noticed that whenever I set a cool off limit, I get the same email everytime about how they noticed I stop playing, and that they were just about to put a bonus in my account.
