Great product; great customer service Customer service from Courtney was awesome! Had cartoon style portraits done of two cats. They are both delightful and whimsical; yet still captured each of their personalities. One of my cats is slightly cross-eyed and the portrait captured that so well. Absolutely love both portraits.

Animated pup on canvas - Superb! I had an animated version of my pup made for my husband as a gift. It is SO cute and he loved it too. The artist did an amazing job, and I could not be happier. We did work through a tweak or two and their response was excellent. There was no pushback to my pickiness (which I would not blame them for), and the turnaround time was less than overnight. I had the image printed on canvas, and it is really well done. I would recommend this product/process to anyone.

Disappointed Even after multiple revisions, clear instructions and professional photos, my 2 cats still do not look like my 2 cats. I strongly believe this is done via random AI and not by professional digital artists as mentioned on their website. Very disappointed for this type of art and cost.
