First thing I did was contact guy on telegram group who wrote about this casino and he told me that he got bonus when he registred with no deposit. After that I went to apply on form on website and entered all info about my account. After that I got contacted by VIP host who told me welcome offer is on hold and his team is talking about it - TOOK 48 + HOURS TO GET ANY INFO AFTER. After that he told me that I need to deposit to get any kind of bonus. I told him what I desire as welcome bonus with wager requirement and I told him that I will deposit in future and play here. Meanwhile I did my own deposit and played there used their deposit bonus and lost. Day after he gives me 50 x 0.2$ spins as extra for waiting. All the time after they said I need to deposit more to get welcome offer bonus on my deposit. THEY DO NOT TREAT ALL PLAYERS THE SAME, SOME PLAYERS GET BETTER BENEFITS, AVOID THIS CASINO! Coinflip withdraw not work, Hey i put out a coinflip that was worth around 20 dollars and when nobody had joined in around 30 minutes I cancelled my coinflip and didn’t get my trade offer. I tried contacting people on the discord and support on the website but they didn’t understand my problem. And in my history it says that I have no coinflips won or lost, but it still says that I deposited 24 dollars… so don’t know what to do now, cuz that was my last money Edit: It has been 16 hours now and Howl Support are saying they are looking in to it, but then after an hour, i ask them, if they had found anything, and they answer "We´re looking into it" again Edit 2: after 36 hours they had returnere my pants, and cuz you gave my pants back i give you 3 stars
