I got a free chip played through… I got a free chip played through requirements and was about to submit cashout request without making a deposit. It got denied a few times and then after contacting customer support they finally approved it. I waited 3 days and contacted them again when I didn't get paid and they said that my request was denied because I had 2 accounts. I never made 2 accounts. I asked for proof and they sent me a username that didn't even make sense. I definitely never made it. Anyways I asked for a supervisor and I was told that I can't speak to a supervisor but I can make a deposit to keep playing and then the chat was ended on me. This is the worst experience I've had with an online casino. Seems like a MoneyGrab for them. They never intend to pay you and will find all types of reasons to not payout but will constantly ask you to put money in. Don't waste your time or money with this casino. They're licensed but you will never win any scenerio playing with them.
