I went to the ecville.com website and… I went to the ecville.com website and it was almost good. The website design was ok and easy to navigate, but it was missing some information I was looking for. The products seemed decent, but I didn't make a purchase so I can't say for sure. The overall experience was fine, although I wasn't completely impressed. I think they could improve by adding more details about their products and providing better customer service. But for now, it's just an average website with potential for improvement.

I'm obsessed with The Elements I'm obsessed with The Elements. I started going there after my last deployment (over 4 years ago) when they were in the old location. I was instantly made to feel as though I was family and always welcomed, no matter how often I practiced. Kendall and Monica's (and the rest of the team) guidance throughout the years has made me love and appreciate them, their practice and their studio more and more. I HIGHLY recommend The Elements over all others!

I came to start yoga, I now have so much more. I came to the elements to do hot yoga because of a back injury in August 2018. Not only did I become deeper and deeper in my practice, I started HIIT training and cycling. All the teachers are excellent. If I had any questions they have been able to help me find an answer. I think all members of the elements feels they have a little ownership in our yoga studio. Adding yoga and HIIT to my life caused me to have my first winter ever without a seasonal depressive episode. Ever.
