Cannot get through there verification… Cannot get through there verification process. They keep asking for information about the deposit that my bank does not have on the transaction record. My name doesn’t appear on the transaction record, nor does the exact time…. But LevelUp provides it in the email they keep sending to me. They make it easy to give them money, but if you win, they make it extremely difficult for you to collect.. I will go back to playing on more credible sites that pay when you win… this site is a fraud… Be Aware !!!!

I have messaged numerous times over 2 days been on live chat 4 or 5 time only to be told I have a duplicate account and that my account is closed withdrawal has been rejected 3 or 4 times. Every time you message live they show the same information or rule and policies but not other help cause they say account is closed. I have only just signed up and I managed to have a duplicate account and no help on how to withdraw my winnings. Many people have said the same thing they will take you deposit with no problem but try and withdraw seem impossible. I believe this site is a scam.
