CACannot get through there verification… Cannot get through there verification process. They keep asking for information about the deposit that my bank does not have on the transaction record. My name doesn’t appear on the transaction record, nor does the exact time…. But LevelUp provides it in the email they keep sending to me. They make it easy to give them money, but if you win, they make it extremely difficult for you to collect.. I will go back to playing on more credible sites that pay when you win… this site is a fraud… Be Aware !!!!

FIScam casino Scam casino, i used my first welcome deposit bonus and lost all. Then i used second deposti bonus and i won 800, then when i made withdraw they took all my winnings and told that players from Finland dont get any deposit bonuses!!! I asked why they gave me bonus i first deposit but they couldnt give any asnwer, STAY AWAY this SCAM casino!! Their mistake and thats why they cannot do this kind of scam

I won’t afew grand multiple times..withdraw is a nightmare..was told I didn’t make the wager blah blah…every lie under the sun. Heard it all. Took my winnings, credited my account with $600 (which cannot be cashed out as well smh!) going around in circles!!! Level up is soooo good they even had a personal “level up manager” call me on the daily to checkup on things. That managers number is now disconnected… this casino can come and LEVELUP MY ASS!
