GBTorreslou9 here great site Torreslou9 here Absolutely great site no issues at all I think people lose and then start blaming the site which is ridiculous I started off losing then had a nice run and was up £20 or £30 I continued playing lost £20 and ended £10 up. I could have won £30 buy I chose to carry on that's not the sites fault is it !! Anyway I will be back again tomorrow Thanks Magical Vegas I really enjoyed playing your games

GBI take it all back ! I take back my previous glowing review. My MV account is now locked and my deposited funds confiscated because they didn't like my bonus usage. If there are ways to use the bonus in a manner deemed unacceptable, then MV should close down those ways surely. Instead they choose to leave this 'entrapment' open and then close you down/steal your balance.

GBBeen trying to withdraw money Been trying to withdraw money, 1st time having this issue the live chat people are useless and blame everyone else for the problem, been told its a banking issue 10 times in a chat like I haven't already checked. definitely the worst gaming app I've played on

GBMagical are shocking Magical are shocking! Customer service non-existent. If you ever get a reply they don’t actually get the issue and give the bog standard ‘can’t be bothered to actually help’ response about cookies/cache…. Don’t even try going to the complaints team because they’re as bad across the whole of Rank. Looking at other reviews I’m not alone. Never using them again - even if they ever solve the issue of all three sites thinking I’m outside the UK for two weeks solid… I’m not but you know, I have screenshot evidence but there’s ‘no issue’ their end…. 14/3/24 You’ve just proved a point, Rank, that you don’t actually pay any attention to details by signing your reply from Kitty Bingo 🤷♀️ And I’ve emailed you countless times on that email and YOU’VE DONE NOTHING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE EXCEPT EMAIL BACK WITH ‘clear cookies/history’. Useless.
