Over last ten years or just about I have spent well over 10k dollars on spinpalace without any wins sure I have won 100 or so here or there but nothing more than that. I honestly suggest finding a different online casino one that is more fair. They claim they have fair play no they dont. Rtp is return to player percentage with slot machines thunderstruck 2 has a 93 percent rtp average I asked customer support about it and they never even heard of it and this was after I was max betting for almost an hour straight with no wins even amounting to my bet amount. I have won some money few days ago amd… I have won some money few days ago amd after sending them all kinds if documents they ask for and proof that it's me over 3 days they still keep saying that those are not correct. You only get email from them and it's always someone else emailing you. I don't know what else to do to get my money. I have send all documents I have. You should not need to send 20 documents to get your winings. They don't seem to care about any documents when you send them money to play no questions asked. Very hurt and disappointed. I hope that I am wrong and will get my winings soon
