My review of this app is based on not… My review of this app is based on not only the issues I've had with the payment process but also because I've read other peoples reviews and I was able to reach out to just dice by requesting the money they failed to deposit to my paypal account .I simply requested the money from them and wrote a brief message along with it. There was a ridiculous fee deducted for doing so but the money was sent within a timely fashion. I hope this helps those who continue to use just dice for games.

the scam allegations here are ridiculous The first five reviews here are all just a bunch of lies. Check the reviewer historys; all they have done is given similar bad reviews to a bunch of Bitcoin gambling sites. If any of these players have genuine complaints, they should contact Just-Dice using the email address at the end of the site's FAQ tab and their problem will be resolved ASAP. But of course they don't have genuine complaints.

When I downloaded the app it did not asking for a selfie it did not ask you my gender. Their app does not allow you to modify so it is temporary when you sign up with your email so do they give everybody 5,000 points hell I could keep creating different emails so it almost is not legit that they're stealing our information or I don't trust them I can't get my $5 I was able to get my money easier when I had them on a different piece of equipment three or four times I converted my Euros never once it didn't ask me for facial verification

Very poor support I can't believe this website is still in operation. There was no license, no support, and the problems were never resolved. I only received 80% of my cash. I have emailed them four times with no response. I've never had such a headache while playing on trustdice and other provably fair sites. Being provably fair doesn't mean u don't have support agents and this site should learn from trustdice and other competitors who r now doing a lot better to stay in business!

PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Since November 30th, 2023 I have not received my rewards payout to my PayPal app. For two months I have emailed and tried to link with customer service with no success. All I want is the reward your app states I earned for playing the suggested games and at this moment I am feeling scammed by JustDiceGmbH!
