Check the reviewer historys; all they have done is given similar bad reviews to a bunch of Bitcoin gambling sites. If any of these players have genuine complaints, they should contact Just-Dice using the email address at the end of the site's FAQ tab and their problem will be resolved ASAP. But of course they don't have genuine complaints.

Paypal said issue is on their end
