IOU not casino Very easy to deposit. Impossible to withdraw. You go through an extensive background check to deposit money. Then withdrawing funds takes scanning sensitive documents with the proper resolution and a waiting period for approval. Don’t worry though, you can do it all at a public library. I’ve had fishing scams and security issues since using. Deposit your money in my bank account or burn it. On a positive note it’s probably the most effective casino scam on the market. If your id matches your current address and you have bills in the same exact name and access to a top of the line scanner… it isn’t a casino though. Its a jump through flaming hoops for the chance the IOU clears.

Think Twice They will let you bet all you want but when you try to just close your account they want all of your personal information.Thats the reason for my bad review we should be able to close our açcount when we want to, you also can't unsubscribe without getting the same hassle

stay away! Been waiting over 2 weeks to withdraw my funds and still no response from their “team”. The authorization process is lengthy to say the least, after sending in 7 different pieces of info the live chat support just keep pushing back the day to check back in. Also, While waiting for my withdrawal I decided to play some blackjack. The games froze on two separate hands where I was winning and I never got paid for that either. Sent in screenshots along with hand /game #s and no help from support on that either. Stay away!

Verification nightmare Verifiying your betting account is part of the business and I have absolutely no problem with it. But what this crowd is asking for is beyond a joke. Asking for: ID (normal) Picture of me holding ID (not so normal, but ok) copies of front and back credit card (quite normal) A completed and signed credit card authorization form in which you have to fill in complete credit card number and expiration date (ridiculous) I needed to make a withdrawal, so have no choice but to provide the documents, which I did. However, everytime I sent the documents something else was wrong (which kept taking them weeks to let me know). The files were in the wrong format (normal jpeg so makes no sense), then they were too big (not true either), then they had no staff due to Covid etc etc. just excuses to delay my payment. It ended up taking 5 months(!) when I finally go the email saying my account was verified. This was 4 months ago. Today I received another email, asking to fill out the complete form again, asking for proof of address and lots of other stuff again. When I told them I was fully verified, they claimed they need to 'update' their files. Well here we go again. Another 5 months of torture. This company is an absolute joke and I would advise all of you to stay far away.

W.t.f this is the worst site W.t.f. Why do I need to give you all my personal Info to withdraw money , wanting to see my ID and verifying address is cool but all this other extra stuff is ridiculous once I get my money I'm disputing all my transaction with this company and closing this account
