First time gamer First time gamer. I had a very positive experience from the moment I chat to in game to after I have collected items. Not only I was well accommodated but they were willing to extend the hours for me to complete the island collection as I have a toddler with me. My husband was so nice to take over whilst I complete the islands (all catalogs and diys) because I want to still finish in time even if I was offered with extended time. All my questions were answered politely and their instructions/tips are very clear. I also love how they organized all the items on their island very neat and strategically well thought of. They generously give lots of extras! I love it lol I will use it again when we buy another switch! Oh and I had some hiccups trying to get their DoDo code work but they responded so quick and was able to resolve in one go! The best and highly recommended!!!!

Buying from the Nookmall was awesome…… Buying from the Nookmall was awesome… they were fast and I loved getting all my stuff… I’m pretty new to ACNH, so finding Nookmall and being able to get things I need for the game makes things so much more fun!!!
