really good experience, took a while though. i'm a first time buyer, and i had to get my order via live chat which wasnt what im used to, but the person helping me was super helpful and nice! the eggs i ordered came almost ready to hatch, so it was easy for me to get them almost immediately!!

Efficient and friendly staff!! This was my first time buying pokemon and I'll definitely be purchasing again in the future!! Staff was friendly and helpful, I love my new mons <3

Such a cool service Such a cool service! Unfortunately I had to start a new game over from scratch and I needed some help getting back into it so I ordered a few pokemon and some items to start breeding early. Response time was almost instant after completing my transaction and pokemon were delivered right away. This is a life saver! I'll definitely come back eventually for a few more that caught my eye!

This shop is the best! I've used this shop a bunch recently and I can't stop coming back! The response times are always quick and the agents are fantastic. I made a mistake on an order and meant to order a Pokémon in an egg and accidentally ordered a regular Pokémon. The agent went the extra mile and asked me if I wanted to have the egg of the same Pokémon instead. Once I realized I made the error, the agent corrected my order and it went flawlessly. Unbeatable customer service!!!

Absolutely Incredible, very pleased I didn't think it would work, but I'm very pleased with the outcome, and very smooth transaction, 10/10 Recommend
