My friends and I were in Dallas and thought they had a physical location. They don’t really, but they let us order online to their address and then expedited the order so we could grab lunch and come back and pick it up. It was stellar customer service, in space that you wouldn’t expect that to be a concern at all. They will always be my top go to for games.
