All drops promised were obtained and left in inventory, nothing was altered, and they were kind to answer any questions! Absolutely would use again in the future if needed.

I schduled a raid with them for a… I schduled a raid with them for a heroic dungeon and they completely ghosted me. Attempted to speak to them on discord and email and got no response. It's now been multiple hours since I was supposed to raid with them and still no contact from them. They need to make this right, but no one has reached out to offer me any compensation nor a refund or just a new raid time. So I'd reccomend someone looking else where for these services because clearly customer satisfaction is not an emphasis for these guys/gals. I really don't like paying for something and then get ghosted....really distasteful
