Amazing people that went the extra mile! Amazing people! Fast and efficient and secure! Helped me get a clear for a content that was very very difficult. They even went the extra mile and cleared the content twice so I got twice the rewards! Now I’m not saying this will happen all the time but just wanted to put it out there that they are amazing people that didn’t have to do this. I will definitely be buying from them again. My one and only carrying service!

Debated between 4 and 5 stars TL;DR Debated between 4 and 5 stars for this. Ultimately, it gets 5-stars because the product is a simple carry and everything else is lagniappe. It is absolutely a simple carry. I bought the basic heroic carry (with free normal) for $20 and the heroic carry with unsaved carriers for $33. If I had to pick between the two again, I would go for the $20 option HOWEVER I would recommend the $33 option to any non-plate wearing purchasers. Of the 15 people that were getting carried in the unsaved carry, 10+ of them were plate wearers and although there was more to roll on, I ultimately ended up getting zero items (got 2 from the $20 option). One plate wearing chad won 8 of the 12ish plate-wearer items that dropped, so if you are a lucky person it may be worth it! Communication could be better, the prices for certain services could be better, there could be more service options, but in the end, the service I paid for was a simple carry and that service was provided at a 5-star level.

I schduled a raid with them for a… I schduled a raid with them for a heroic dungeon and they completely ghosted me. Attempted to speak to them on discord and email and got no response. It's now been multiple hours since I was supposed to raid with them and still no contact from them. They need to make this right, but no one has reached out to offer me any compensation nor a refund or just a new raid time. So I'd reccomend someone looking else where for these services because clearly customer satisfaction is not an emphasis for these guys/gals. I really don't like paying for something and then get ghosted....really distasteful
