I’ve used this site many times always… I’ve used this site many times always professional, fast, on time, just have never had any issues.

I schduled a raid with them for a… I schduled a raid with them for a heroic dungeon and they completely ghosted me. Attempted to speak to them on discord and email and got no response. It's now been multiple hours since I was supposed to raid with them and still no contact from them. They need to make this right, but no one has reached out to offer me any compensation nor a refund or just a new raid time. So I'd reccomend someone looking else where for these services because clearly customer satisfaction is not an emphasis for these guys/gals. I really don't like paying for something and then get ghosted....really distasteful

Excellent service Excellent service, had a mishap during a carry and the chaps instantly redeemed the run and got the order done. I've used them before and will keep them in mind for future carries
