Amazing people that went the extra mile! Amazing people! Fast and efficient and secure! Helped me get a clear for a content that was very very difficult. They even went the extra mile and cleared the content twice so I got twice the rewards! I schduled a raid with them for a… I schduled a raid with them for a heroic dungeon and they completely ghosted me. Attempted to speak to them on discord and email and got no response. It's now been multiple hours since I was supposed to raid with them and still no contact from them. They need to make this right, but no one has reached out to offer me any compensation nor a refund or just a new raid time. So I'd reccomend someone looking else where for these services because clearly customer satisfaction is not an emphasis for these guys/gals. I really don't like paying for something and then get ghosted....really distasteful
