Customer Service on their "live chat"… Customer Service on their "live chat" is incompetent and doesnt respond. I was trying to chat with them about reselling an account I'd previously bought (the account is now WORTH MORE than it was) and got completely ignored. Totally worthless feature if no one ever responds. I will not be coming back.

When I slowed down on playing WoW, AccountShark was once again professional and I sold the account back smoothly. I hope to do business again in the future when life gives me more free time for WoW.
