Over time, my attitude has changed significantly, and I make a point of logging in daily to play here. Watching the list of available games grow over time (I believe there were around 60 games when I first joined) to the wide selection currently on offer has been a treat, and the daily bonus activities have been great fun to engage with. Customer support has been a dream, maintaining prompt, courteous communication to address any questions I have had, and I'm ever appreciative of the staff members that have been there to assist me through both email and by phone. Customer service is quick, friendly, and informative. The only compliant I have, is their redemption process takes the longest of any of the other online casinos I play on! The first time I cashed out took 8 days. Which is to be expected when redeeming at most online casinos for the FIRST TIME, but I just redeemed for a 2nd time, and am on the 7th day of waiting as of today!! If they would speed up the redemption time, I would definitely change to 5 stars!!!
