I choose paypal as payment method and… I choose paypal as payment method and the website changed my shipping address for some address in paypal in my first order. Even if I type my address in your website causing a double payment, I haven't receive a refund

Why pay more for nothing I order from you guys all the time and I've never had any issues until my last order. I paid the extra money for expedited overnight shipping and still had to wait 6 days for my package to arrive. I understand it may or may not be your guys' fault but if I'm gonna pay extra I at least expect it to work.

Fast Shipping Shipping was awesome fast but the heroclix guys were bubble wrapped together rather then individually. Wolverines hand broke and one of the sentinel lasers that was packed with another sentinel broke as well. They are collectibles and I think if a little more care or attention could be given to the smaller pieces.

they are jus very knowledgeable with… they are jus very knowledgeable with their products, the communication is just great. i had one incident where i ordered a figure n got the wrong accompanying card. they simply sent me the card i needed, n i cshipped back the wrong card i got. no problems, no issues, jus a good clean switcheroo.
