Confusing I’ve used Mmoga a few times before and it has always worked fine. Although the phone verification is extremely confusing, and barely understandable (for me at least) and I have yet to recieve my order as I’m not sure it even went through. Never in all my years … Never in all my years have i come across a company that thinks its okay to ID every single customer. MMOGA waits until after you make a purchase to tell you that due to high levels of fraud they now require proof of ID to be emailed to them. This is unpractical, very unethical, and completely unjustifiable. I worked in a bank where every day we encountered fraud, as do many companies. What we did not do is change our company policy so that it was rude, accusatory, and invasive. Fools.
