Still waiting......... I submitted my verification over 4 days ago and haven't heard a word from this company. I've emailed them 4 times as well. Not one word in response to any of my emails. They have no chat and no phone number to talk to someone live. I have just under 2000 that I am trying to cash out with no luck yet. I will update this review and my rating when they actually respond to me and pay me out.

Do not play here!!!!! Do not play here!!!!!! You will not get paid if you win. Do not pay any attention to their replies to these reviews because they are lies as well. I have a review on here where I won $2000 and they never got back in touch with me. They replied and told me to contact customer service. Well I sent 6 more emails amd got 1 reply telling me to fill out their tax form. Well I had already done that and it was in the same email thread that they sent me last. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks and I am contacting Delaware video Lottery regulattion. If anyone else has been screwed out of your money I suggest you do the same. We need to all pull together and put some of these scam houses out of business. I do what I can by warning everyone that I know and some I dont about these crooked places. Places like this take all the fun out of playing and it is sorry as cam be.

I recommend this site Haven’t been able to get big enough wins to cash out yet but I am hopeful (fingers crossed) I like their slots and customer support is better than most.
