Right after I paid for my account, all of the info was sent, and there were even videos sent to help people who don't understand how MFA works. I was having issues with the email, and not even 15 seconds after I opened the ticket, the owner, Great, was responding asking about how he could help. I informed him of the situation, and he cleared it up in less than 5 minutes. 10/10, quick customer service and friendly staff.
