The site was fairly easy to use after watching the useful videos. Help with questions was an email away. As I always have questions, I found he responded quickly and was impressed by the way I was treated. It was kinda like emailing a friend rather then that business attitude sometimes offered up. The packing instructions were clearly written out so no problems in things broken during transit. Finally, the important part for most sellers. Payment was fast, the handholding was just as I needed to complete my side of things, and I would definitely work with this company again.
