The customer service is great and they are extremely fast at responding to any questions via the online chat on their website. There have been a couple of occasions where they didn't have items in stock after I had placed the order, but I have never had to wait for more than a day before they sent me an email or messaged me in-game telling me the item was ready to be delivered to me.
