I saw a skin with a decent price (best… I saw a skin with a decent price (best price around, seen in steam analyst), then I selected weapon to buy and deposited money. in the moment I deposited money and press purchase, the skin was no longer available and there was no trace that it was sold at that moment to anyone else. So what it looks like is that the site baits you with good prices, you deposit money, they earn their fees, and then they remove the good deal skins. Avoid if you have other choices.
