Useless live support, no items for 8hrs, no refunds Website says "Our agents are also ready to deliver your orders right after payment." I submit my order, open live chat and he tells me I cannot get my items for 8 hours. He tells me that he is the only support staff available. He tells me I cannot get my money back. He also admitted that he was not trained at all for the position. Either hire useful support staff or take off the "instant delivery" bu****it claim.
