First time customer First time customer - registered new account and added games to cart. Checkout gave me an error with Paypal. Tried a few times, and logged in/out a couple of times as well in case it was a registration issue. No dice. My opinion regarding this "new" (for me) site was pretty low right then, but I tried giving support a chance. I submitted a complaint, and within 5 minutes received a reply saying "Fixed issue, try now". Great first experience Recently placed my first order there because I want to stay away from shady vendors.
