Order never delivered Order never delivered, impossible to reach them

I FINALLY got the DIY recipe I'd been looking for ahhh 5 stars isn't enough to describe my experience tbh. I was SO afraid to use a service like this and permanently brick my Switch or something (I'm very paranoid--) but it was *perfect*. My Dodo Code failed at first, it was like a internet connection issue, but I got a new one right away and responded to their e-mail. It was super quick and everything was delivered as promised ;a; I'm so thankful for this site!!

First timer First time buying from acnhkk.com and the experience wasn't good. I usually buy from another site, but they were more expensive. They delivered my items after one hour (even though the website says 10-30 mins) , but forgot several items. After contacting customer service they came with some of the items. Figured out today that yet another item was missing. Customer service told me it would be an hour wait and I would get nmts as comp. It's nice that they give comp for not getting the order right, but it's sloppy work to miss several items and for such a long waiting time.

In my opinion if an item or villager exists in the game we bought why can't we access it? ACNH helps us in this regard with fair prices and very polite people always available in live chats. Was good the first time, not so much later (updated) The first delivery was very quick although it was missing one item. It was fixed very quickly though, and I had no problem. The second order was a completely different story. It's been over a week since I placed the order and I asked them about the order three times while waiting. First response was that their "network was having issues," second response was that their "network was still having issues," and the third response was that they "will deliver in a few hours," which never happened. I found another place that actually does the delivery accurately, so good bye, acnhkk. Edit 2: Oh, and they don't delete your user account when you want to leave the website. Make sure you use 10 minute mail or a temporary mail.
