amazing help. great help, friendly staff, and overall a good experience. I run 2 servers on gravel, and when one of them was having massive lag issues, I was able to contact staff within 5 minutes, and they helped me out perfectly. highly recommend using gravel hosting.

Why you should choose gravel host for your server host provider I have been using gravel boat for about 6 months now, and I love it. There support is nice, fast, and they know what they are doing. The host is rarely down and they tell you when it does. Even tho there prices are cheap the server never lag and you get fast play speeds when playing your server.

Worse company i rented a server from never use Gravel host they are a scam Worse company i rented a server that never worked from the get go while trying to get it running the server panel stopped working and i was locked out for over 6 hrs with no response from support on the discord apart from my tickets being closed for inactivity after only 4 hrs Also dont hold out much hope for a refund as they seam to just want to ignore me till the 3 day refund policy expires and then claim i got what i paid for when i have not seen 1 single working minute of my server.

Scammers. Stear clear I messaged the support team to get my service canceled using the "contact us" page. The server they provided for enshrouded was unusable. They never sent me a message back. So I opened a ticket asking to cancel my service to which they also never answered. I ended up having to go and talk to them on discord to get a refund that they did not want to give me. Now my credit card is saved to their website and I cannot remove it. Scammers and awful service. Stay away at all cost
