Can't access the games I bought (SCAM) I bought two games. They emailed me a username and password to create a separate account and login into a Nintendo account to access the games I bought. I tried to follow all their directions to access the games. The problem is Nintendo sends a verification code to the email I am trying to log in with. Normally, it wouldn't be an issue but I don't have access to their email they provided. When I send them a ticket like it says in their instructions, I get a video on how to do it. But I don't get the verification code I need to log into use the games I bought. I was ripped off and they took my money. I'm going to report it to my credit card to try to get my money back.

They are legit and super helpful I can understand why somebody would be skeptical about this site as it appears to be too good to be true, but I took the chance and ordered Pokemon scarlet and it did take a little bit before getting the email saying it was delivered but to be fair I ordered at 11:30 pm so obviously they weren't working at the time. But after receiving the info to download the game they answered all my questions about installing quickly and politely. I am definitely ordering from them again

Fast, real, inexpensive Have bought 2 games from here so far, both arrived in about 30 minutes. Works very well and I am very satisfied. They have great customer service too. Would recommend and I am very likely to buy from here again.

You guy say that o should have it Instantly. But that's NOT the case now is it. It took you 6½hrs just to give me the email and password to the game after I already paid for it... And I couldn't play on my account. SO I really think you should definitely give me half off of Mario 3D World/ Bouncer's Fury. For all of the Inconvenience of all of this. Surprisingly REALLY good costumer… Surprisingly REALLY good costumer support. The videos and information provided on this website are already clear, but having my questions answered by support went really well and I’m really happy to see my game download rn. I would recommend, and I’m glad these folks have nice people on team 👍
