Edit: after this review, they flagged my review to TrustPilot for no reason because TrustPilot brought it back online + sent me passive aggressive emails. Would not recommend.

Very bad service and completely untrustworthy update: Have received message from their payment company that it was a mistake on their behalf. Seems like company does their best to resolve your issue.
