Customer service is a 0 We have had this service for the better part of 9 months maybe longer. The customer support is spotty and very iffy they answer questions with the obvious thing you already tried like.. my server refuses to start.. and they reply. "I see it is off try turning it on" after this is the 19th time the server did this and refused to start.. and several other things. They were cheap so we went with them. The actual performance was fine and barely had any issues but if you need customer service good ole S***ey is there to "not" help.. We have moved our service after this last failed communication. 32$ a month to a new provider of hopefully better quality. ( 2 ark servers)---- *update to add to reply only- We had the service and many any times we had to contact you for the same issue and no it was NOT for lack of communication on our part because it was the same issue every time. server refused to start. And we told you several times we were going to leave because of bad service. so do not make it out to be the customer at fault. service is cancelled and will tell everyone how terrible you are.

Awesome service, not only just a good price Setup was very easy and the server running almost instantly. The dashboard is clean and makes it very easy to change the settings of the server. It's not just an .ini you have to change, but instead all the settings are explained and easy to manage. Adding mods is just one click and makes it also very user friendly. Even with a higher price I would be very happy with the service provided. I have to say I was very sceptical, especially with the low fee in regards of the amount of slots you get. It sounded almost too good to be true. But now I'm very glad I gave them a try and will recommend them to other people without a doubt.

An excellent experience I tried the trial with them and the server was running realy smoothly, the panel was very pleasant to use, the installation was fast and the reboots as well. Nothing bad to say. You just get to play on your server without worries. Special mention to the support. Very friendly and fast replies

Want a good server? go to PlayArk! i find the servers and service of playark great, i didnt have much issue`s along the way and the trouble i did find were answered quickly by there support, these servers are very easy to setup and you gain aloth of access to your server to adjust it the way you want it to. i really recommend playark to everybody!
