Even when you click the contact button at any time of the week, it says they are not available to chat. They also have yet to respond to my email sent to them over a week ago about my server I purchased from them. The server also is very poor quality as increasing certain settings will create so much lag for those who play as to not even be worth the price. No options to upgrade server quality either.

One of the best out there One of the best out there. I was playing with a few friends of mine and they all seemed to find connecting really easy compared to the two other services we tried. Sadly we quit playing because of the game itself. Never had a problem out of the server.
