He has helped my kids learn chess and I have not seen them be this engaged and focused on anything prior to this. He is patient and has a way to teach chess easily to kids. He has also helped me improve my own game and it’s fun learning and playing with him.

My experience with Akshay as my chess teacher I went to Akshay as a total novice in chess. From day 1, he has been ready with a game plan (pun unintended), what he wanted to teach me for the day - a healthy mix of puzzles, opening positions, matches etc. Despite my very slow progress, he is very patient, doesn't hesitate to teach repeatedly and is very helpful.
