I saw reviews that customers were skeptical with the process needed to get their accounts unlocked and I’m not sure why. I did it and it worked out. On top of the great customer service, the app has helped me save money. I submit tickets for the Yotta ball all the time and I do receive winnings. In my original bank account, I have opened many different savings accounts to separate what I’m saving for. With Yotta, I don’t have to open multiple accounts. Just make a savings box, title it, and go from there. I wish every other bank would get with that program
