INGreat service with full support Greatest minecraft servers, with full time support and i am using singapore server, so basically all things working nicely, you just have to reserch all things and when you didn't find any path then go to there discord and open ticket and follow there suggestion. thanks humble servers.

BDHave been using Humble for the last 6… Have been using Humble for the last 6 months, never encountered an issue! Was skeptical at first because they seemed like a dime a dozen Minecraft server hosting services but decided to give it a try, They did not disappoint! 10/10, Would recommend.

GBReliable, cheap and excellent staff Alright, this server has excellent staff, I faced some issue with using the server, I went to their discord support service and asked for help. The response from their staff was quick and on point. The server has been running ever since, and I am facing no issues. Really reliable and cheap with excellent support. Love it! No complains that I can think of.

SKHuge let down in customer service I used this hosting service a lot back in the days. Few days back i bought a server me and few of my friends wanted to play modded minecraft. I even bought advanced support addon. Whats my issue? currently 2 days without the modpack added onto the server. Support did not aswer me more than 24hrs.

GRAverage hardware, awful customer support Been a client since 2020. Other than some minor inconveniences, 2020 to middle of 2023 was a smooth sailing period. And then the issues started: Aug. 1st, 2023: The client startup field was not working. We asked for the addition of Aikar's flags manually, through a ticket. A tech support agent replaced the whole startup command with JUST the flags, leaving us unable to start the server for 4 hours, until they fixed it. Oct, 26th, 2023: A total of almost 24 hours of downtime due to server node failure. Feb. 25th, 2024: Server node goes down Sunday morning. Support does not reply to our ticket until Monday evening, when they tell us they've messaged the data center and are waiting for a fix. Server is fixed Tuesday evening. Mar. 16th, 2024: Server node goes down AGAIN, Saturday morning. Support AGAIN does not reply to our ticket until Monday morning. They are also ignoring all messages on Discord from other server owners asking for an explanation. Server is fixed Monday evening. Support team FINALLY replies with a weak PR apology a whole day after the issue is fixed. No credit for the 5 days the server has been down the last month though, can't let an apology affect their wallets. The hardware issues were probably an unfortunate circumstance (or a very cheap choice in datacenter), but I can not excuse the terrible service and support. EVEN IF you're fine with this skeleton crew level of support, there's cheaper hosts out there. Avoid.
