No communcation and blocked Purchased products. Had issues where the seller tried to take the product back. When this happened I spoke to support and I filed a ticket for dispute. Had to wait weeks, sometimes over a month between replies. Eventually was told I could be compensated in a new payment, waited another month with no updates, and was blocked, as well as previous messages saying I would be compensated deleted. This has been over a span of months and I have not been compensated. No communication unless I constantly messaged, no support ticket update for months, eventually got blocked after I was told I would be compensated. (I still have screenshots)
