Sold me bad account sold me a "professional" account that came with a chat restriction and a bad honor level. They will not not respond to me emails regarding the issue. i did NOT buy a penalty account. Update: issue was quickly fixed. good customer service was very helpful with solving the issues and offered many options for compensation.

Bought an account... I bought an account 9-1 placements and it places iron with games from previous seasons. I reached out to them the first time they kind of shrugged it off with their first comments. Posted a trust pilot review and it was because I was completely dissatisfied with my purchase. They finally offered me some sort of compensation which all 3 options were a bit disappointing. Will update if the new account provides a better experience.
