Great hardware and customer service Great hardware and customer service. Their 100GB of dedicated SSD per 8GB of RAM is a good deal. Most hosts offer less or 'unmetered' hard drive space that's not necessarily 'unmetered'. I'm excited to test their server software on higher player count servers. Their VPS option is great if you have experience with ssh and all that. I'm hosting a small Minecraft network and its website all on the same VPS plan.

Great service and helpfull customer support I have been hosting a survival server with my brother for some months now and the service has been impeccable. Non upsells, great inteface and fair prices. I also had a connection issue but the customer support was very helpfull and responded in seconds. The performance improved of pufferfish+ are also very welcome. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Hosting, Amazing Support and Great Features. The support offered in Pufferfish Host is fantastic, questions are always answered in a timely manner and even the most basic questions are answered. Kevin has helped me quite a lot already and I'm very grateful to have PufferFish to go to for any queries I have. The servers themselves run beautifully. I'm running 1.18 and developing an SMP Server and I've had no issues so far.. very impressed. The panel is great, nice design and the addition of geyser-setup automatically is just a blessing in disguise. highly recommend! 5/5

Pufferfish is #1. I switched to Puffer after using a very large hosting platform. The second these guys transferred all of my files, my server ran 100x better. I've been working personally with Kevin at Puffer for the last few weeks to get my server as perfect as possible and let me tell you. This guy knows what he's doing. I have never met someone who is so intellectually smart with hosting and servers. He has literally transformed my entire server when it comes to optimization, and I cannot thank him enough. The community doesn't deserve these prices that he sells servers for as the support and dedication you get from these guys is unmatched. I hope whoever reads this makes the switch. With Puffer not being as big as some of the other companies, you really see how dedicated they are. You get real 1 on 1 problem solving until the real issue is solved. I cannot thank Kevin and Pufferfish enough for their work and hospitality. You guys are the best. I won't be going anywhere.
