Simply no service Simply no service. Am a regular customer, but the last 2 times, it took more than half an hour to complete the transaction. Today, again, it took more than half an hour, and worse, I didn't get the items I paid for, and it was a COMPLETE SILENCE on their part. I don't know what to think. Lack of personnal? Crisis in their mist? Complete internet breakdown? I hope to have some news tomorrow.
