GB3zoom has gone from 5 STARS to 2 STARS, decline customer service over the years Original review Oct-18-2012 - 5 STARS 3zoom is a serious run company that pride itself on trust with its clients. The owner doesn't have a scam and run mentality, they want to be here serving its people long term. All the bad reviews (1-star) are incoherent and usually dealing with accounts that were scammed by the original seller which isn't 3zoom's fault. All buyers of lineage2 account must know there is an inherent risk. Also in one of the 1-star review, he's actually dumb enough to contact ncsoft regarding the account. Anyways, I'm not saying 3zoom is perfect, no one is. But one thing I know, 3zoom isn't here to scam you outright and run, that's one thing I know. Do your own research and take responsibility for your own action. Updated review March 17th, 2014 - downgraded from 5 stars to 2 stars!! After years of dealing with 3Zoom, I have to say that I have nothing but bad things to say about them now. They did not receive 1 star only because to some degree they won't rob you cold blind. But outside of that, slow delivery, education level that of a 10 year old who cannot understand that VIP Diamond/Gold status IS IMPORTANT. Their "manager" is always unavailable and if that is really the case, there are no system setup that their employees can take some responsibility as far as handling basic issues. They so far have not took my money and run, reason it's not 1-star. You almost always have to submit a Paypal Dispute in order to get your money back. Asking nicely and waiting for 5 days is TOTALLY USELESS. Paypal Dispute right away to get anything done. BUT would I deal with them again? I'm not sure. In this industry, trust is everything and it seems that trust is broken from their lack of mature system of customer response and their seemingly elusive phantom "manager" that either does not exist or the person chatting is "pretending" their manager is not around only to play games with you.

BRDont deal with those guys. they r scam!!!! befor i buy from them i went to live chat and asked if there is a stock and i was told that it would be delivered in 30 mins. i paid by ukash and it has been +24 hours and nothing so i went to live chat again and they will always use that frase to stall me " once we ready we will mail it to you ". and when i ask for refund they will always use that frase to stall me "for your payment i will leave a message to manager once he is back , he willl deal with your payment ". so i wont get the gold and i wont get refund.

CAtill now 3zoom is the best i just choose 3zoom to by my game supplier. bought tera us beta key which was a little delay from them while got it bofore the head start access. I did enjoy the game before it released. And two days ago, bought the gold from them again. also got it as the time they stated. So i think till now, no problem. It is trusty.

GBVery Slow delivery and very poor customer service. The website may tell you that delivery is guaranteed in 30 minutes, but do not trust it. I was told they needed a couple of hours to gather the gold. Then i was told they only deliver the gold at midnight. After 24 hours I was told the same thing as the day before. It has now been over 24 hours and I have still not seen any gold. They seem to be safe, but not very reliable and the customer support will tell you whatever you need to hear to be happy, whether it is the truth or not. One person Ellie says they will farm the gold themselves so they will get me the gold soon, then Eve gets on and says the farmers will only deliver at midnight and they aren't farming any gold for me. So just be aware that you may be waiting for a couple of days if not more. Even if they tell you they have it in stock, do not believe them.
