My first order the monogram bracket… My first order the monogram bracket came really quickly but the second part the small plate saying be you I’m still waiting for. It is a birthday present for my granddaughter which I ordered the first of Sept. can’t give you 5 stars your shipping is usually not quick.

Be Mindful of Letter Selection I’m torn on how to leave this review. My first order got lost in the mail, I contacted customer service who immediately placed a rush order for me and sent it out. They were so helpful and definitely handled the situation the best way possible. However, I was disappointed in the lettering on the ornament. I had the ornament stamped with my son’s initials which includes two c’s. The c’s were so small they look like o or a capital d and it doesn’t even look like the letters of my son’s initials. The ornament itself is so well made that this really bummed me out. Be mindful of the letters you choose in order to have the best outcome.

To keep up to date with the customer on orders Any experience I have had with Lisa Leonard was always a great experience. She goes out of her way a little bit note than others. Especially packaging!!!

I purchased a necklace with names for a friends birthday March 13th 2024 and almost 5 weeks later I still have not received it. I have called I have emailed. Nothing.
